i’d love to get one of these, but seriously $1k? man i’ll pass! lol
Excellent little set-up. Great sound, has a fantastic drum-line style sound that I’m really digging. Tension adjustments to change the sound are a great addition. Lower the price a touch and you’d have a great item on your hands.
great looking and sound kit , but terribly over priced..they should price them like the manu katche junior kits..
Sounds like he’s play Stengah by Meshuggah alittle bit in certain parts.
Think ya got enough cymbals there, buddy??
Okay, I never wrote drum tabs before, so I hope I can explain it in the correct way. Basically this beat is known as a “Songo”. Usually you take the ride bell instead of the hihat. Here we go (16th notes):
Bell IX—X—X—X—I
BD IX–X–X—X–X-I
SN I–X–x-X-xx-X–xI
Oh dear! I hope you get it. Just do a little variation on the accentuation of the snare. It’s also cool to skip the bass drum on “one”. And if you can, use the hihat pedal on every 8th note (1+2+3+4+) Cheers!
@MarcelMTSF thanks! the one at 1:37
@uasuka Hey! If you tell me which groove you mean, I’ll tell you how it’s done. Greetings – the guy from the video
